Mr. Thomas is the current President of UAOS. Since being elected, he has helped lead and facilitate 3 UAOS bargaining teams through successful contract negotiations and has created more transparency for the organization. He is skilled in government policy, fiscal development and non-profit operations. He has experience working with school districts, city agencies and is a former elected government official. Mr. Thomas has led UAOS as President through good and difficult times. He has instituted systems to stabilize and professionalize UAOS. He is currently serving as the Community School Manager at Markham Elementary School.
